Your main missions

Our Hubspot Guru will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring our customer database, scaling our marketing and sales activities to directly impact revenue in order to meet the company's growth objectives.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for overseeing and executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Hubspot data and maintaining integrations with other key data platforms including our SVC (Single View of Customer) and product databases
  • Ensuring the CRM platform captures all required information at key points in the customer cycle from the moment it enters Hubspot
  • Managing  customer profiling, and segmentation programs across the company
  • Analyzing and creating workflows on Hubspot, ensuring that none of the workflows affects each other, such as lead flow assignments according to each market that we work in
  • Developing an approach to forecasting to support sales resourcing.
  • Management of contact lifecycles to drive funnel reporting and overall conversion
  • Being an expert at creating reports and dashboards on Hubspot, ensuring that we are reporting on the things that matter - for each team.
  • Ownership of the data and guardian of overall data quality
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security laws, including implementing processes for data protection across the organisation
  • Maintain and develop technical documentation on our use of Hubspot/data
  • Coming up with ideas on how to improve our current Hubspot strategies and making sure we are making the most out of the platform
  • Troubleshooting user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between our teams and the database
  • Work with the Head of Brand and Marketing to create an engaging CRM strategy
  • Collaborating well with the Marketing team and foreseeing how to implement their campaigns into Hubspot for the Sales team

Core Competency Requirements

  • A thorough grasp (2-5 years) of Hubspot's CRM software and have 2-3 years of experience as a CRM Manager
  • Excellent data and data visualisation skills across all tools from Google sheets and Data Studio to more powerful BI tools
  • Languages such as R, C/C++, or Java are a bonus
  • An interest in tech and the world to property/real estate
  • Ideally educated to a bachelor's degree or higher
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • And can use tools like Google Marketing Platform inc Advanced Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager
